We’re deliberately small. That means flexible dive days, a host who knows your name by breakfast on day one, and nothing for you to organise.
Tiger sharks, every day of the year
Fuvahmulah is famous for resident tiger sharks, plus thresher sharks, oceanic mantas, whale sharks and schooling hammerheads in season. We dive with the island’s top dive centers and keep groups small.

Do I need Advanced certification to dive with tiger sharks?
Open Water is enough for most dives, though we recommend Advanced Open Water for the current-heavy sites. Not certified yet? We can schedule a course before your shark dives.
When is the best time to visit?
Tiger sharks are here all year. January to April usually brings the calmest seas and best visibility, and October to April is the best chance of schooling hammerheads. See our month-by-month guide.
How do I get to Fuvahmulah?
Most guests fly into Malé (Velana International Airport) and take a 70-minute domestic flight to Fuvahmulah. The nearest international airport is Gan in Addu Atoll, which has flights from Colombo twice a week; from Addu it’s a short speedboat ride. We pick you up on arrival, and Fuvahmulah airport is 2 minutes from the house. Full travel guide.
How do I book and pay?
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@stayatscubahaven.com with your dates. A USD 400 advance confirms your booking, and the balance is paid in cash (USD) after you arrive.
Can we book the whole house for a dive group?
Yes. With six rooms, the house is ideal for dive clubs and groups of friends. Whole-house bookings get 10–15% off.
